PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements:

• At least a Professional degree or degree in Civil Engineering/Building Sciences or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related field is required
• Excellent interpersonal skill 
• Good communication skills with all levels
• Ability to work independently and good leadership qualities
• Ability to manage and lead project team members
• Innovative, resourceful & adaptable promblem solver
• Proficiency in English is essential
• Must be computer literate
• Possess own transport 

CONTRACTS MANAGER / QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Requirements:

• At least diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building Sciences or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience in related field is required
• Mature, independent & resourceful
• Highly disciplined & organized
• Excellent interpersonal skill 
• Good communication skills with all levels
• Must be computer literate
• Possess own transport 

SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Handle pre-launch activities like the preparation of advertising materials, sales kits, mailing list etc
• Maintaining the showroom & show houses  
• Handle sales enquiries including telephone enquiries and walk-in customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in the property development industry with a good track record of employment
• Pleasant personality with the ability to work well independently and in a team
• Possess own transport and must be willing to travel
• Able to converse in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia
• Well-versed in statutory requirements relating to property development and sales administration is an added advantage
• Self motivated and result orientated with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Work closely with sales and marketing team by participating and supporting all sales strategies and activities
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

• To assist in all marketing planning, activities and other related matters
• To implement effective sales & marketing strategies for projects
• General administration duties

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Preferably with knowledge and experience in Marketing
• Working experience in Property Development will be an added advantage
• Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels
• Computer literate
